The item switches itself on and off every 10 seconds. While it is active, the holder gets the Status TeslaField Tesla FieldStatus TeslaFieldTesla Field (Buff)
Shoot lightning at nearby enemies.Shock nearby enemies for 200% damage every 0.5s. buff, which makes them fire up to 3 (+2 per stack) lightning bolts at enemies every 0.5 seconds in a 35m radius. Each lightning bolt ignores terrain and deals 200% damage with a proc coefficient of 0.3.
