railgunner and scavenger has >1.0 proc coefficient attacks, not sure who else but this might be interesting
Shatterspleen explosions have a proc coefficient. This is very apparent with a 100% Sticky Bomb proc chance. The bombs exploding will not proc anything (it has 0 proc), but the Shatterspleen explosion will proc Sticky Bombs. Just having 100% bleed is sufficient enough too, you can see that the explosions proc it, though I think it's less clear because of Shatterspleen's innate bleed chance. --Kyokers (talk) 04:17, 19 January 2025 (UTC)
