Talk: Charged Perforator

I have noticed on the molten perforator page that there is a correction stating that the molten one behaves like an ATG in the sense that it's total damage rather than base damage. Is the charged perforator the same? I think it is (no evidence to support that statement though) and if it is proven to be true, should we include that on this page too, or is the statement that it's similar to the molten counterpart enough to give it away?
